Q) Do we need to sign any long term contract?
A) Absolutely not, you can test for 3 months and if you like you can continue if not you can simply close the deal by giving JUST one month notice at any point.  

Q) Can we have the opportunity to interview/select the candidates?
A) Of course, you can interview and select the candidates we provide profiles that match your criteria and make necessary arrangements for you to conduct the interviews.  

Q) What technologies do they have knowledge in?
A) Java, V.B, .Net, SQL, Oracle, Graphics designers, Animators, Testing tools. (Let us know if you looking for some thing else)

Q) Do they work for a long time?
A) Yes we take one year bond from the employees so they will work for minimum one year if you wish to continue (and may be life long).  

Q) Do you think it works?
A) Its working for every one else. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, GE, BT, Tesco, Orange etc., are enjoying the benefits so why don’t you?

Q) Well yes, but we develop complex and cutting edge applications I don't think these Graduate engineers will be any help?
A) You can test it for yourself, we also provide experts who have more than 5 years experience and worked on large scale projects for Microsoft, Dell, IBM etc.,

Q) What kind of work can we get done from the candidates?
A) Well its up to you they will be your employees you can use them for product testing, product development or designing anything you wish (as long as its legal :)).  We don't interfere.

Q) Hmm that's good. But then who gets the IP?
A) Good Question, It will be absolutely yours.

Q) But how do we manage them?
A) We manage them you don’t need to worry about it. You just need to assign the work, we will even provide an online project management system with which you can assign the tasks and track them.  

Q) What kind of infrastructure do you provide?
A) PCs with Intel 2.6 Ghz, 512mb RAM, 80gb HDD. (Higher configuration can be provided upon request.). Broadband and a voip phone number so that you can call if you are holidaying in Spain.
